Had a terrific experience with Pride properties. From the intake to after sale service. They really listen to what you are looking for and actively help you search. When questions very quick reply with extended answers. Really professional and personal: a very important combination when making important decisions. Within few months found great apartment, they guided me through every step. A big compliment for both Jim and Giada!

My partner and I are from New York and have been interested in purchasing property in Maspalomas, Gran Canaria, but we had no idea where to start or how to navigate the legal and tax requirements. Neither of us speaks Spanish fluently, so we were feeling a bit overwhelmed. That’s when we found Pride Properties, and I can’t recommend them enough! From the very first inquiry, we were absolutely impressed with how professional and engaging the team was—Giada, Jim, and Gianni made the entire process seamless. They responded to our questions immediately, and within just one week, we had several in-depth conversations. Jim even scheduled a video call to walk us through the services offered by Pride Properties and to outline the entire home-buying process for non-residents, making sure we understood every step. Most impressively, they really took the time to get to know us as people, not just clients. Pride Properties is truly a one-stop shop for anyone, especially non-Spanish residents, looking to purchase property in Gran Canaria. They offer personalized service that is sincere and from the heart. The experience was the most enjoyable and smooth home purchase we’ve ever made. We’re excited to continue working with them as we’ll be renting out our new vacation property and using Pride Properties as our property manager as well. They are an absolute dream team, and I can’t recommend them highly enough!
